During the injection molding,the cooling time of injection part would decide the whole cycle time of production for somewhat.When the melt Plastic get cooled down inside the plastic molds,if the cooling time is not enough,after mold open,the ejection force would damage the injection part.However,if the cooling time is too long,which will affect the production efficiency for sure.Under the certain situation of production,the correct calculation of cooling time would instruct the time of mold opening to achieve a good production,and the correct decision of the cooling time is the key for the plastic mold design also.
