The efficacy of medical protective masks was continuously applied for 4 hours. Medical masks are usually made of one or more layers of nonwovens. The main production processes include melt blown, spunbonded, hot air or needle punched. They are resistant to liquid, particulate matter and bacteria. It is a kind of medical protection textiles.

The medical mask is composed of a mask surface and a tension band. The mask body is divided into three layers: inner layer, middle layer and outer layer. The inner layer is skin friendly material (ordinary sanitary gauze or non-woven fabric), the middle layer is isolation filter layer (superfine polypropylene fiber melt blown material layer), and the outer layer is special material antibacterial layer (non-woven fabric or ultra-thin polypropylene melt blown material layer).

The effectiveness of medical protective masks is six to eight hours.

Medical protective masks (zhin95) meet the standard of GB 19083-2003 "technical requirements for medical protective masks". The important technical indicators include filtration efficiency of non oily particles and airflow resistance

1. Filtration efficiency: under the condition of air flow rate of (85 ± 2) l / min, the filtration efficiency of sodium chloride aerosol with aerodynamic median diameter of (0.24 ± 0.06) μ m shall not be less than 95%, that is, it conforms to N95 (or FFP2) or above.

2. Inspiratory resistance: under the above flow conditions, the inspiratory resistance does not exceed 343.2pa (35mmh2o).
