Silicone opener application

The reason why the films are not easy to separate is because the films are in a vacuum-tight state after the films are closed, and they are not easy to separate; the other is that there are a large number of exposed molecular chains on the surface of the films after the film is formed. Entwined with each other, making it impossible to open. In fact, the reason for the difficulty in opening the film is that the two coexist, and the latter is the main reason.

The earliest opening agents were inorganic talc, diatomaceous earth, etc .; they developed into organic oleic acid amide, erucamide, and EBS derivatives in the mid-term. At present, synthetic silica is widely used as an opening agent in films.

In the early days, the inorganic opening agent caused unevenness on the surface of the film to reduce the negative pressure of the film to separate it. In the later stage, the organic opening agent formed a lubricating film on the surface of the film to reduce the friction coefficient of the film and prevent them from sticking to each other.

Adjuvants generally have varying degrees of side effects, mainly due to the large amount of precipitates on the surface of the film, which affects the printability, heat sealability and color of the film. If lubricants and organic dispersants are added to the formula, precipitates may be generated; the contamination of the packaged materials is very serious, especially in the fields of food packaging, liquid packaging, and pharmaceutical packaging.

XJY-703 heptamethyltrisiloxane possesses the natural film-forming property of silicone, and is also a very good film-forming material for opening agents.
