What is the difference between nitrile gloves and latex gloves I

Nitrile gloves and latex gloves have a wide range of uses in industrial production, but because they are disposable gloves, many people do not know what the difference between the two, let's have a look today.

Nitrile gloves and latex gloves can be distinguished from the following nine aspects:

1. Material differences

Latex gloves are also called rubber gloves. Latex is a natural material, which is derived from the sap of rubber tree. Natural latex is a kind of biosynthetic product. Due to different tree species, geology, climate and other related conditions, its composition and structure often vary greatly. In the fresh latex without adding any substance, rubber hydrocarbon only accounts for 20% – 40% of the total amount, and the remaining small amount is non rubber component and water. There are protein, lipid, carbohydrate and inorganic components in non rubber components. Some of them form composite structure with rubber particles, and some of them dissolve in whey or form non rubber particles.

Nitrile is a kind of artificial rubber, which is mainly synthesized by acrylonitrile and butadiene. It is a key material for organic synthesis and pharmaceutical intermediates.

2. Classification and differentiation

There are two types of latex gloves: powder ordinary type and powder free purification type, smooth surface and pitted surface.

The type of nitrile gloves is divided into palm pockmarked surface anti-skid and hand tip pockmarked surface anti-skid and overall pockmarked surface anti-skid, generally without powder.
